FSA Terms and Conditions


The Norfolk Motor Company Ltd (NMC Ltd) takes great care in assuring that their customers are informed of all the appropriate products and services related to the ownership of their vehicles. We hope your experience will lead to many similar future purchases.


The FSA is an independent watchdog that regulates financial services. NMC Ltd, 1 Wroxham Road, Norwich, NR7 8RN, is authorised and regulated by the FSA. Our register number is 312156. Our permitted business is motor related non-investment insurance products. You can check this on the FSA register at WWW.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FSA on 0845 606 1234.


We are pleased to offer you this document as part of our commitment to the FSA regulation. The information it contains will help you decide if our services are right for you. We offer products from a limited number of insurers for Gap, Vehicle Replacement Protection, Extended Warranty (including Breakdown & Recovery), MOT Insurance, Credit Protection, Key Cover and Motor Insurance. We can provide you with a list of our insurers if you wish.


As part of our processes we will assess all your needs for your future motoring, advise and recommend the options that best suit your circumstances. With your co-operation, we will endeavour to ensure your full ownership needs are considered.
We are required by the FSA to advise you that we make no fee for this service.

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation under the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
